The soft outer ring is what sold me—it sits so comfortably that I forget it's there until I turn it on. I've been starting at the lowest setting and working up, and the rhythmic suction is just right.

Five settings is honestly plenty—I’ve barely left the second one since it arrived. The way the outer ring stays put while the suction kicks in is surprisingly effective, and it’s quiet enough for my apartment walls.

The soft outer ring makes all the difference—it stays put without me having to hold it constantly. I started on level 2 and was surprised how quickly the rhythmic suction got me there. Compact enough to toss in my toiletry bag for travel, which is a bonus.
